The real question
What eco-friendly means to us
“Eco-friendly” is not a promise that pest control has no risk. To us, it means taking a careful approach to every home. We begin by finding out what is happening and why. We look at moisture, access points, shelter, landscaping, and seasonal activity before deciding whether a treatment is needed.
The goal is not to treat every surface. The goal is to protect the home while touching it as lightly as possible. Sometimes the right next step is a targeted exterior treatment. Sometimes it is a change in conditions or a period of monitoring. If treatment inside the home is needed, we explain why.
Not sure what you’re seeing? An inspection tells you exactly what’s going on.

Most pest problems begin outside
An ant in the kitchen may be the first thing you notice. But the reason it arrived may be outside: damp soil, a gap near a door, or activity along the foundation. Treating only what you see can miss what keeps bringing pests back.
That is why we study the home as a whole. We look at the structure, the yard, the season, and how your pets use the property. We do not see these as separate issues. They are connected.

What happens at every visit
- We inspect the home and the conditions around it.
- We identify the pest and the conditions that support it.
- We explain what should be corrected, watched, or treated.
- We use focused treatments only when the findings call for them.
- We document what we found, why we made each decision, and what to watch next.
Protection you can review later
After each visit, you receive a written inspection report. It records the conditions we found, the areas treated, and the reasons for our decisions. Your reports stay together in the PFPC customer app so you can see how your home changes over time.
If you notice new activity between visits, you can send a Pest Problem Alert through the app. Add a photo, a note, and whether the activity is inside, outside, or both. That helps us respond with better information and avoid work your home does not need.

What about mosquitoes?
Mosquito activity calls for the same careful thinking. We look at the conditions that support mosquitoes around your property and decide which measures fit. Depending on the property, a program may include targeted treatments or options such as In2Care mosquito stations. We explain the plan before any work is done.

What this approach does not promise
We use registered pest-control products when the inspection shows they are needed. We follow product labels and give clear instructions for people and pets. No company should promise zero risk, zero pests forever, or the same plan for every house.
Our promise is a careful process: look first, explain the findings, and use professional judgment.
Who this service is for
PFPC is built for homeowners who want a clear plan for protecting their property, not a quick one-time fix. If you value careful work, written records, and less unnecessary product around the places your dogs and cats spend time, our approach may be a good fit.

Pests we handle this way
The same approach runs through every service we offer. Pick the one that matches what you're seeing:
- Ant control
- Spider control
- Termite control
- Mosquito control
- Tick control
- Stinging insect control
- Bee & wasp nest removal
- Rodent control
- Cockroach control
- General crawling insects
General crawling insects covers silverfish, earwigs, crickets and similar pests. Not sure which one you need? The inspection will tell you, and the first one is free.

Frequently asked questions
We begin by inspecting exterior conditions because many recurring problems start there. Some pests live indoors and may need an interior treatment. The inspection guides that decision.
Every product has its own directions. We select and place treatments carefully and explain any steps needed for your pets. Follow the technician’s instructions and the product label. We do not promise zero risk.
We aim to use only what is needed for the conditions we find. The amount and location vary by home and pest. More product is not our measure of good service.

Yes. The customer app includes Pest Problem Alert. You can share photos, comments, and whether the problem is inside, outside, or both.
